Returns & Refund Policy

At Mpeccable Creations, each order is created with care, and many of our items are customized or personalized specifically for you. Because of the nature of our products, please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or customer-provided errors in names, wording, colors, designs, or other personalization details.

Please double-check all spelling, sizing, colors, and customization information before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that does not match the details of your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once reviewed, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund when applicable.

Non-Custom Items

For eligible non-personalized merchandise, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Mpeccable Creations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because custom orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

Final Sale Items

Custom/personalized products, sale or clearance merchandise, and items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
